Device guide
Android devices are among the easiest places to use IPTV: install an IPTV player app from the Google Play Store, choose Xtream Codes or M3U, and enter the login details you receive. The same steps work on Android TV, Google TV, Android boxes, phones and tablets.
Device testing in progress
We haven't yet published a tested app list for this platform. Before you buy, check that a player app supporting Xtream Codes or M3U is available in your device's app store.
Covers: Google TV (incl. Chromecast with Google TV) · Android TV boxes · Nvidia Shield · Android phones and tablets
Open the Google Play Store on your device and search for an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes or M3U playlists.
Check the app's listing: recent updates, the developer's name and the permissions it asks for. Install it.
Open the app and choose the option to add a playlist or login. Pick Xtream Codes (enter the server URL, username and password exactly as sent to you) or M3U URL (paste the full playlist link).
Allow the app to download the program guide, then pick a channel to test.
On a phone, use the app's cast or picture-in-picture option if you want to keep watching while you use other apps.

Android TV and Google TV are the same underlying system with different home screens. Both use the Play Store, and IPTV player apps built for TV have a remote-friendly layout. Android phones and tablets use the phone versions of those apps — handy for watching around the house, though small screens and mobile data limits are worth keeping in mind.
Android TV boxes vary a lot in quality. Devices certified by Google (they show the Google Play Store and receive security updates) are a safer choice than uncertified boxes, which may ship with outdated software or preinstalled apps you can't vet.
Yes, for this purpose. Both install apps from the Google Play Store, and the setup steps are identical.
Usually yes, but each device streaming at the same time counts as a connection. Check how many simultaneous connections your plan includes.
Often it will, but uncertified boxes may lack security updates. Install apps only from trusted sources.
