- Don't try to bypass connection limits or interfere with the service's security.
- Use the service in line with applicable law.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, for example where login details are shared publicly.
Service availability
IPTV depends on internet connections, devices and third-party player apps outside our control. We work to keep the service available but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Our setup and troubleshooting guides help with common issues.
Third-party apps and devices
Player apps and streaming devices are provided by other companies under their own terms. Any fees charged by an app developer are separate from your subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date they're published here and won't affect a subscription term you've already paid for, unless the law requires it.
